14.7% Alc. This aromatic varietal, a cross between Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria, is a single vineyard high-altitude desert grown wine, aged 11 months in stainless steel. Started with wild yeasts, finishing bone dry with cultured yeasts; super fragrant with pronounced orange marmalade characteristics. This is an impressive sipper, but will pair beautifully with Thai or intense Asian food, or try with my Argentinian mother-in-law’s garlicky marinated Cuban roast pork.
