Symphony Goddess 2013
14.3% Alc. We’ve struggled to find a white wine we can make with a bit of sweetness… they always seem to lose depth and complexity. Developed by UC Davis, this grape, a cross of Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria, just seems to pop out of the glass with floral fragrance and heavenly fruit… nectar of the gods. This single vineyard high-altitude grown wine was fermented with wild yeasts, stopping naturally off-dry. Enjoy as a sipper, or pair with some spicy Asian or Thai food. It worked brilliantly with Bonnie’s sauerkraut and pork casserole. Serve chilled. 125 cases.
