12% Alc. Made from fruit from neighbor Fort Bowie vineyards, this wine was aged 6 months in neutral oak, with inhibited ML to swing away from that fat, buttery style that is so common in California. This is more delicate than our previous vintages, with hints of white flower, shortbread, and citrus, with a soft mouthfeel, finishing with a hint of vanilla and walnut. Serve chilled. 2012: 90 points, Tasting Panel magazine.
