12.2% Alc. Made with 50% Tablas Creek Grenache, a clone from Chateau Beaucastel we grow. Sam deliberately over-cropped 2 rows and then picked the fruit early at 19 Brix, saigneéd then fermented bone dry and slowly aged in stainless steel. This was then blended with saignéed juice from our other reds. This is a delicate, fragrant pink wine with hints of strawberry and watermelon and a long finish. Try with any food from pan-fried flounder to BBQ, or just enjoy a frosty glass. Serve chilled.
