13.5% Alc. This single vineyard wine was hand-picked from high desert grapes, whole bunch pressed and aged in neutral oak and stainless steel. This bone dry wine is crisp and clean, with hints of white flower. shortbread and citrus. I just love it with grilled salmon or any intense seafood. Serve lightly chilled. 100 cases made. Our 2019 won a gold medal in the 2021 San Francisco Chronicle American Wine awards.
