12.6% Alc. Malvasia Bianca 100%. Hand harvested from our own high-desert vines, this aromatic wine was whole cluster pressed, fermented with wild and cultured yeasts, and aged in neutral oak. Aromatic, crisp and fresh with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, lime and peach. Serve lightly chilled. 50 cases made. Two Best of Class in previous SF Chronicle American Wine Competitions.
