12.32% Alc. 100% Chardonnay, this single vineyard wine was hand picked from our high desert grapes, whole bunched pressed and aged in neutral oak. This bone dry white is crisp and clean, with hints of white flower, shortbread and citrus. I just love it with grilled salmon or any intense seafood. Serve lightly chilled.
