12.48% Alc. Symphony 50% and Malvasia 50%. Growing increasingly tired of his behavior being called Inappropriate, owner Sam decided front up and celebrate this situation. So what could be more inappropriate than fermenting the aromatic grape, Symphony, a cross of Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria, developed by UC Davis, with our wild fermented Malvasia Bianca, an Italian aromatic! This dry, fragrant concoction screams of orange marmalade, lychee, peach, and frangipani blossom. A splendid cocktail wine sipper, try with a Gorgonzola and Parmesan pizza, pan fried pork chops with pineapple slices, or any spicy Asian food. Serve chilled. Our 22 received a Gold Medal, SF Chronicle American Wine Competition.
