12.11% Alc. 100% Symphony, this aromatic varietal, a cross between Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria developed by UC Davis, is a high-altitude desert grown wine, bone dry with pronounced marmalade characteristics. This will pair beautifully with Thai or intense Asian foods. Or try with my Argentinian mother in law's garlicky marinated Cuban roast pork. Serve Chilled.
