13.5% Alc. 100% Viognier, this single vineyard high-desert grown wine was hand picked from our own vines, whole bunched pressed and aged in neutral oak. It has a pronounced tropical nose, clean and fresh with hints of frangipani and lychee. This fragrant wine will pair nicely with delicate seafood, like pan fried snapper and a mango salsa or try with any salad with some pine nuts and light fruit. Serve lighty chilled.
