13.18% Alc. 100% Syrah, this Estate Syrah was fermented with wild yeast in honor of our friend and Vineyard manager, Cirilo Romero, who helped plant and nuture our 14,000 vines over a decade. Cirilo died suddenly just before harvest 2017, when he had a reaction to bee stings while removing a hive. He is remembered with respect and affection.
