Made from our Dijon Clone vines, this wine was aged 16 months in neutral oak and stainless steel, fermented with wild yeasts, with inhibited ML to swing away from that fat, buttery style that is so common in California. This delicate white Burgundy style Estate grown wine has hints of white flower, shortbread, and citrus, with a soft mouthfeel, finishing with a hint of vanilla and walnut. Serve chilled.
