I love dry aromatics…I stumbled on a fabulous dry Gewurtztraminer in NZ years ago and have been in pursuit ever since…here’s a version: a fragrant, aromatic blend sourced entirely from our high desert vineyards. This wine will drink nicely as a sipper or pair with more delicately flavored fish, chicken or pork dishes and most Asian foods. Serve chilled. Our 2017 received a Double Gold, San Francisco Chronicle American Wine Competition, 2019.
