Growing tired of being called inappropriate, Sam decided to own up and celebrate with this: an aromatic varietal, a cross of Grenache Gris and Muscat of Alexandria, an Estate high elevation desert grown wine, super fragrant with pronounced orange marmalade, peach and lychee characteristics. An impressive sipper, but will pair with Thai or Asian food, or my Argentinian mother-in-law’s oregano/garlic marinated Cuban roast pork. Serve chilled.
